- All reservations using CASH, DEBIT CARD, and PREPAID (CashApp, Chime, Walmart, etc.) payment sources are required to provide a security deposit of $150 USD at check-in. Said deposit will be REFUNDED after inspection of the room at check-out, provided there are no missing items, smoke smell, or damage. We do refund as soon as inspection is complete. Any clearing time to return funds to your account is dependent solely upon the financial institution used.
- We do accept a VALID MAJOR CREDIT CARD on file in lieu of deposit.
- When hotel is over 80% capacity, the first night will be charged to the card on file for all arriving reservations. If payment sources need to be changed at time of check-in, refunds can be processed to appropriate cards after payment for stay has been processed in full.
- A VALID PHOTO ID and PHYSICAL COPY OF PAYMENT SOURCE are required at check-in.
- Cardholder MUST be present at time of check-in and all payment source's and ID's names must match to process payment. If cardholder will not be present at check-in, additional paperwork authorization is required.
- PET POLICY: All well-groomed, well behaved dogs and cats under 35 pounds (lbs.) are welcomed for $45 USD cleaning fee per Stay and $150 USD refundable security deposit. Only one pet per room is allowed. Pet must be leashed or carried and cannot be left alone in room unless in a carrier.
- All guests are entitled to one PARKING spot per room. Any additional spaces are subject to a $5 USD additional fee and is purely subject to availability. No vehicles permitted longer than 20 ft.
- CHECK-IN: Begin at 3:00 PM. Based on the availability, we may be able to accommodate an early check-in for an additional $35 USD fee.
- CHECK-OUT: Concludes at 11:00 AM. Based on the expected capacity, we may be able to accommodate a late check-out for an additional $35 USD fee. Guests needing to stay past 3pm are subject to an additional night's charge.
